Who I am

I am Agnes Jany, a mathematics graduate with more than twelve years of experience in companies such as Accenture, BearingPoint and Arthur D. Little. I consider companies to be in an evolution where structures, methods, processes, culture, tools and products are in a state of flux. I contribute my skills to improve individual teams as well as to large transformations of entire companies.

My approach

I work especially well with clients who admit unpredictability. When we adapt culture, ways of working, tools, etc., the effects are often surprising. This makes a consistent and structured approach all the more important to me, because complexity needs routine. I prefer to communicate my thoughts directly and sometimes push my clients out of their comfort zone. In doing so, I make sure to involve employees with their ideas, wishes and fears from the very beginning.
